Registrar Services and Student Records

The Air University (AU) Registrar’s Services & Student Records section serves as the official repository for academic records of students completing resident and distance learning courses; develops plans and procedures for records maintenance, transcripts, diplomas, manual enrollments, and admissions for PME degree granting schools; as the AU contact with civilian institutions concerning the transfer of military education courses for academic credit and issues official transcripts to educational institutions or agencies; and establishes and maintains test control facilities in support of AU distance learning courses.

Useful Links:

    Air University does NOT accept transfer credit for courses. Several colleges / universities accept transfer credit from Air University;  however, each college determines the number of credits and how they will be applied toward a particular degree / program.  The American Council on Education (ACE) provides recommended credit; visit http://www.militaryguides.acenet.edu for more information.

    Enrollment Requests

    • Air Force active duty, Guard and Reserve personnel must enroll via MilPDS at their home base UTM, BETM or Ed Center. The AU Registrar does not have access to MilPDS. ***Education and Training Managers are required by AFI 36-2201 to enroll ADAF, Guard and Reserve students via MilPDS. AU Registrar CANNOT assist.
