Airmen, Agadez civic leaders build partnership
Lt. Col. Brad Harbaugh, 724th Expeditionary Air Base Squadron commander, shakes hands with the Agadez Region Governor, Saadou Soloke, after a base tour Feb. 21, 2018, at Nigerien Air Base 201, Niger.
